IT Support Engineer with experience of window server, Microsoft exchange and in-depth experience of Troubleshooting is needed for a fantastic IT support business who are going through real expansion and growth.
As a 2nd line support engineer you will need to provide first class customer service and support to customers in small and medium sized businesses. This role allows remote working at least 3 days week.
Requirements of the IT support Engineer:
·3-5 years' experience in a technical support environment
·Good understanding of windows server including.
- At least one of 2003 / 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012 OS
- Active Directory
- Microsoft exchange
- Office 365
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking
·An excellent telephone manner with the ability to talk to users in plain English breaking down technical jargon into a language they understand.
·Qualifications- Microsoft and / or Cisco
·Experience installing windows server products in customer environments.IT technical support Engineer- 2nd line support
