We are currently looking for a number of experienced SEN SEMH teaching assistants (TAs) to join this 'Good' SEN School in Preston. The school caters for students aged 7 to 19 with extreme behavior
This SEN school are looking for an SEN TA to join their school.
As an SEN TA, you would be working 1:1 with students who requires additional assistance in a range of lessons. You would be supporting the subject teacher in a class of up to 5 students alongside up to 2 other TAs. Senior leadership at this school have been praised for their excellent knowledge and understanding and ability to promote the safety and well-being of pupils around the school. As an SEN TA, you would be expected to maintain this calm and safe environment for all students and you should be adaptable and have a good sense of humour.
This SEN School is looking for SEN TAs with experience in working with children with challenging behaviour or similar needs. Experience in Team Teach de-escalation is desirable however the school provides training in this to all support staff.APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION
