The Marketing Campaign Manager will take ownership of all marketing campaign delivery and strategy. Using data insights to shape marketing efforts and translating campaign activity into commercial impact, the successful candidate will have creative ideas and an analytical mind. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will ensure that customer satisfaction and experience are the main focus of all marketing efforts.

Role and Responsibilities of the Marketing Campaign Manager:
  • Devising an exciting marketing campaign strategy for the brand
  • Oversee campaigns from start to finish (creation, delivery, monitoring etc)
  • Establishing a cohesive brand identity across all material and channels
  • Work with Data Scientists to analyse campaign effectiveness, create reports on performance, and create valuable insights for testing and improvement
  • Develop string relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders alike
  • Suggest innovative ideas to help grow the brand
  • Manage email marketing using relevant tools

Skills and Experience Required:
  • Expert knowledge of CRM and Email Marketing tools
  • Adept at campaign management and reporting
  • Able to create strong relationships
  • Great communication skills
  • Organised and professional
  • Knowledge of SaaS or B2B is beneficial
