My client is one of Europe's fastest growing HR Tech businesses, with a client portfolio that includes some of the World's best-known brands. Currently in scale-up mode, their B2B SaaS technology is used by global HR teams to promote, engage and support employees as part of their Health & Wellbeing strategy.

Having achieved 70% year-on-year growth their client base is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a passionate Client Success Director to take responsibility for supporting a portfolio of existing global Enterprise clients.

We're looking a modern client relationship expert who will help to evolve a scalable Client Success model that not only provides first-class support to clients and their employees, but also has an impact for sales, product and operations teams. This is a truly collaborative team who want to stay at the cutting edge of their industry, not just settle for the status quo.

Reporting directly to the Head of Client Success, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of Enterprise clients, overseeing and increasing the adoption, engagement and retention of the platform. You will get to know your clients' business and wellbeing strategy in detail and will make sure they are getting the very best outcome from the platform to help them achieve their goals.

As a clients first point of contact, the Client Success Director will maximise the chance of contract renewal through their relationship skills, as well as looking for opportunities to extend the range of services used by clients. You'll also act as a mentor for the small team of Client Success Managers, helping them to build their skills and model best practice that ensures success across the whole team.

The successful applicant will come with a strong background in Client Relationship Management/Client Success within the Employee Benefits, Reward, Engagement or HR Tech sectors (essential). You'll be passionate about your clients and constantly strive to find better ways of delivering impeccable service. We're looking for a charismatic, self-driven individual, capable of working at C-level with blue-chip clients. This will be a challenging role, but it will stretch and reward you. In addition to basic salary of £70,000 to £85,000, the package includes 20% bonus, Share Options, Pension, Life Cover and Critical Illness Cover.
