A leading Scottish law firm dealing with a broad range of clients is seeking an enthusiastic Solicitor to join their highly ranked private client team. This is a rarely available opportunity for a solicitor to join an experienced team who pride themselves on taking a highly personal and considered approach to clients to provide pragmatic solutions for complex situations.

This is a great opportunity to work with Partners who are STEP qualified and accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as specialists in both Trust Law and Private Client Tax Law. The firm prides itself on establishing excellent relationships with clients and is committed to the role of the experienced advisor when offering technical estate planning advice and a source of wise counsel.

You will work as part of a strong and experienced partner led team of lawyers assisting clients with preparation of wills, trust and executory administration and tax and estate planning.

The successful candidate will build on their private client skills and expertise by working on a variety of areas such as succession planning, trusts, executries, will drafting and asset protection for a high net worth client base.

  • Scottish qualified solicitor
  • Ideally 1+ year PQE of relevant experience of private client work
  • Experience within Private Client such as wills, trust or executries
  • Ambition to build a successful career in this practice area
  • Strong attention to detail combined with excellent communication skills
