Marketing Assistant, full time, permanent position.

Salary £22000 - £25750 per annum

Based in Surbiton

We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to work for the Nikon School of Photography.

The purpose of the role will be to support the marketing of the school as Nikon's overall leadership strategy including the day to day running of Nikon School Online, coordination with the Marketing team and intern and external championing of Nikon school across Europe.

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual with customer-facing and customer service experience and possess a good understanding of premium brands
  • Hold a university degree - minimum 2.1 classification
  • Minimum 3 A levels at grade C or above
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Customer-facing and customer-service experience
  • Good working experience of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
  • Administration skills
  • Familiarity with Instagram and Zoom
  • Reliable, punctual with excellent attention to detail
  • Trustworthy team player
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Sociable and gregarious personality
  • Able to work weekends and out of hours occasionally

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage the Nikon School Marketing plan as part of the wider marketing strategy
  • Participating in Marketing team meetings
  • Calendar and content coordination between school and wider marketing activity
  • Website management and marketing, Instagram account management#
  • Create and amplify content through social media, CRM Youtube and the website
  • Research and recommend educational trends for future courses
  • To seek out new events with strong links to Photography
  • Providing administrative support to the Training Manager and training dept.
  • Attend external events, course and photographic shows as required
