Grafton Banks finance is working with a growing business to recruit a newly created FP&A Analyst role.
This role has been created due to the increased demand from the business for more insightful management information, commercial support, and business partnering. We are looking for a Finance Analyst or FP&A professional who is very strong analytically and is comfortable building Excel models. You could be part qualified or qualified.
The focus of this role will be as follows:
- Own and manage all central FP&A data, along with the processes and business interfaces which facilitate it.
- Provide business partnering support to the support organisation including planning headcount growth and IP costs.
- Support wider FP&A and Finance activities including business case evaluation, financial planning, period end close, reporting and more.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess expert Excel knowledge including Power Query and VBA. You will also be experienced using FP&A tools such as TM1, Power BI, Tableau, and comfortable supporting non-financial stakeholders. As the business continues to grow the role will take on more business partnering responsibility.
This role can be largely remote with one day per week expected in the offices near Crawley. Benefits include 26 days holiday, subsidised private healthcare, and pension.
