Service Desk Analyst required by an Investment Company based in central London supporting up to 50 users using around 200 Windows and Mac devices. Paying up to £40,000, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for supporting 2nd line desktop, server and network infrastructure issues. They will be experienced in the support of hardware, software and telephony, MS products within a service desk environment with customer service delivery being a priority.
Day to day, the Service Desk Analyst will provide support on a 1st and 2nd line level, including basic networking requirements. The organisation handles extremely sensitive data and attention to detail with monitoring incoming and outgoing media for Malware is highly important. The Service Desk Analyst will also be responsible for the new start training and MS Office configuration.
Relevant Skills and Experience Required:
- Experienced in the support of Windows and Mac-based environments, Active Directory, GPO, Office 365 and hardware issues
- Knowledgeable in the support of telephony, conference room set up and video conferencing tools
- Familiar with the maintenance and use of a service desk environment
