To work across the International Study Centre and Bellerbys network to facilitate student assessment through the use of the WISEflow platform through high-level liaison internally and with WISEflow personnel.


  • Manage the day-to-day WISEflow processes from beginning to end
  • Work with exam owners to set up and deliver online exam sessions
  • Manage the upload of current student data to the platform
  • Archive progressed students' data
  • Provide support and training for students and staff
  • Maintain and produce user guides for students and staff
  • Run live training sessions (online or in-person)
  • Work closely with Heads of Centre to establish training needs
  • Work in collaboration with the online exam helpdesk
  • Work with WISEflow to report technical issues
  • Maintain WISEflow relationship with the Account Manager
  • Liaise with Head of Curriculum: English to maintain and manage assessment schedule
  • Work with others to widen participation on the platform into other subject areas
  • Facilitate communication between subject leaders and WISEflow to identify the most appropriate task types and formats
  • Work with WISEflow to establish integration with Progresso
  • Conduct and feedback on test item analysis provided by the WISEflow platform
  • Oversee staff roles on the WISEflow platform (not line management)
  • Report and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the assessment process
  • Request and disseminate new feature releases
  • Lead regular meetings with the WISEflow team and maintain accurate and sufficiently detailed records of those meetings

  • Experience working in a similar role, in Systems Support or System Management
  • Clear and confident communication style, both in written communication and verbally;
  • Ability to lead a meeting, online and in-person;
  • Confidence in leading a project and guiding others;
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to risk-assess and prioritise activity; and
  • Ability to 'matrix manages' a wide range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • No experience of WISEflow is required; however, a minimum of two years experience of working in a team is essential, preferably in an educational environment
