We have an exciting new position available for a HRMI. To support our ongoing people strategy, we are looking for a creative and motivated HRMI Analyst who has a flair for capturing, analysing and converting people related data into value-adding information with additional insight to aid business decision making. As an Analyst you will be responsible for the production of dashboards and detailed people and resource MI as required for the business. Used to presenting complex data in creative and digestible formats, you will have a passion for using figures to tell a story and as a skilled analyst you will be confident in your delivery across many levels. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders across our core business and Group to identify and develop solutions which will improve the accuracy and effectiveness of our current people MI and present solid recommendations to our leadership team.Reporting directly to the Head of HR Services you will work within the HR Team as an efficient, analytical and professional contributor to the People Team. You will play a vital role in researching and presenting people data, developing ad hoc reports or metrics, writing detailed reports for management, troubleshooting data, coaching new team members, designing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring fully compliance with data privacy guidelines.
Become involved with the delivery of our people strategy across all strands to develop a selection of reporting solutions which enables the stakeholder to use data and metrics to both 'tell the story' of the initiative and support theoretical decision making. This could include production of standardised dashboards, bespoke ad-hoc report creation using data from multiple base data sources and/or analytics to provide intelligent management information, presented in an accessible way.Be responsible for the monthly cyclical reporting calendar which includes FTE reporting, pensions and benefits reporting and standard absence reports.Production of people packs and data in support of organisational change, including candidate pools, selection scoring and redundancy data. Be responsible for ensuring the HR System holds accurate and meaningful data which gives the level of insight needed to produce the detail we require. Be responsible for resolving data integrity issues, partnering with the HR team and other stakeholders across the Group to resolve them.Systems Expert - become a subject matter expert and super user for our HR system and built in reporting pack Make recommendations around enhancements to processes and reporting suites to ensure that the team can continue to work effectively and proactively
Liaise and coordinate with colleagues in other locations to consolidate global input and reporting, identifying and rectifying discrepancies
Assist in production of presentations to support our workstreams as and when required.
Analytical mind set - Ability to manipulate and translate a large volume of MI and Data into meaningful solutions.Systems analysis - Be able to quickly understand how databases, systems and processes work, always seeking to improve efficiencies as well as making the most of the information available.
HR Analytical experience and background in HR Attention to detail - able to not only assess high level trends but identify the smaller issues which can potentially make a large commercial impact on the business.MI and Data management - Strong operational capabilities across the Microsoft office suite and MI applications. Excellent communication skills - be able to translate data and information in a way which is non-technical and meaningful to the business and communicate this to stakeholders across all communication channels.
