You will be a talented IT Support Engineer who has experience of being the highest escalation point for complex support issues. You will ensure all systems are running efficiently and outages are kept to a minimum.
You will therefore have exacting customer service standards and be an excellent problem solver.
Possessing a broad technology knowledge you will have skills that cover Microsoft, Cisco, Windows servers and virtualisation. You are a keen learner and immerse yourself in the latest technologies. In addition you love being part of a team that helps 100's of people on a daily basis.
