2nd Line Support Technician is required by a leading workplace solutions company based in central London, paying up to £30k with an exceptional benefits package including all your commuting cost paid for in full!
The successful 2nd Line Support Technician will serve as a point of escalation from the 1st line team and work with senior members of the support desk to resolve tickets quickly and effectively. Once logged by 1st line you will need to act quickly to troubleshoot and find the root cause before working with the user to resolve the issue. In this role, you'll support a busy design team using adobe products on Macs, as well as the wider user base using mainly Windows.
- Experience working within and cross-platform environment supporting Windows and Mac devices
- Troubleshooting issues relating to Active Directory, Office 356 & Network connections
- Ticketing Systems
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
