A FTSE 250 Fintech brand are looking for a permanent Head of Digital Marketing.

Client Details

Leading Fintech brand in London who are looking for a new Head of Digital Marketing. It is a newly created, critical role for the business as it moves from Startup to Scale up. Candidates need to have deep experience in digital marketing and the confidence to work towards embedding new toolkits and competencies across the functions to help upskill the current team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will be a senior leader within the marketing team and will set the global digital marketing strategy.


? Develop a global Digital marketing strategy in line with their overall marketing approach for New Customer Acquisition and also Customer Growth and communication.

? Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Paid Media, Paid Search, Affiliate Marketing, Display advertising campaigns.

? Implement a greenfield Pardot environment, developing all of the key attributes of this platform to match the global strategy including linkages within salesforce.

? Build out a content driven awareness programme driving traffic to our website, building up a contact base within our target markets.

? Developing nurture programs that move the buyers through the journey until they become qualified leads, and continuing to nurture them through the rest of the customer journey.

? Evaluate the end-to-end customer journey across relevant digital touchpoints to ensure the optimal customer experience

? Identify conversion points and optimizes user funnels.

? Drive digital marketing innovation, agile ways-of-working and a culture of continual test-and-learn/improvement across the department.

? Develop an ABM strategy and execution plan to ensure that are target markets are aware.

? Measure and report performance of all digital marketing activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations to stakeholders in line with business objectives and priorities.

? Identify trends and insights from data and measurement frameworks and use those to inform performance and budget optimization on a continual basis.


? A creative and resilient thought leader who has previous experience in setting up and scaling a B2B SaaS based Digital Marketing brand

? Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry

? Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns

? Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

? Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

? Strong knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)

? Strong knowledge of ad serving tools

? Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines

? Experience leading teams through strategy plans - ability to persuade and motivate teams without direct reporting lines into you, towards a common vision

? Organised. A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills

? Excellent Communicator at all levels, internally and with customers

? Market aware: Knowledge of today's major financial services, open banking and payments technologies, players and major up-and-coming trends
