My client is one of the UK's fastest growing health companies looking for a Clinical Partnerships Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of the role is Identification and development of specialist services and referral pathways from primary into secondary care and lifestyle/wellness services ("other services"). Day to day management of specialist and diagnostic services and the secondary care team. Identification of opportunities for product and new health packages development to ensure expansion of services' offering. Management of the Secondary Care and Other Services P&L including liaising with key internal stakeholders in the marketing & delivery of secondary care & other services. A member of their Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities:

Product launch and development: identification of possible secondary care opportunities and partners

Liaising with marketing to input into and agree marketing messaging and campaigns.

Liaise with group operations & group nursing regarding processes, MI & staffing and suitable promotion/upsell of services.

Liaise with Group Medical Director regarding processes, MI & staffing and suitable promotion/upsell 0f services.

Liaise with IT on app, telemedicine, and other technology requirements

Understanding of customer experience metrics and ability to assess suitability of customer experience and journeys.

Monitor service utilisation and identify improvement opportunities through marketing strategies and appropriate internal product training. communication or other means.

Multidisciplinary team support including consultants, clinical coordinators, and healthcare assistants.

Project management of all aspects of partner onboarding including contracting, SLA's, processes and procedures, IT, marketing, and MI. This requires liaison with various HODs and managing multidisciplinary projects and project groups

Act as the contact point for communication and issues with partners to feed back into the relevant business area or escalate, as necessary.

Preparation for and attendance of regular review meetings within the business and with partners to resolve issues and identify ways of improving performance.

Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners and running regular procurement rounds.

Deliver on opportunities in the market including acquisition and integration.


Educated to degree level

Ideally clinically qualified as a nurse, healthcare assistant or similar or qualified by experience

Knowledge and understanding of the private healthcare market essential

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in similar management roles
