A leading online fashion retailer are currently looking for a Senior Loyalty and CRM Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Create, implement, and manage overall CRM and loyalty/retention strategy
  • Define, implement, manage, and optimise customer contact strategy within a framework of intelligent segmentation and across existing and new communication channels
  • Define and agree relevant CRM and loyalty/retention KPIs with Group Marketing Manager and key stakeholders
  • Create and manage relevant CRM and loyalty/retention reporting
  • Manage CRM & Beauty Club/Loyalty budget
  • Oversee, implement, and review team planning, processes, and effectiveness, including reviewing technology and tools, team capacity, allocation and operations, and mentor a team of 5 direct reports.
  • Forecasting revenue targets by campaign and period to ensure strategic business and commercial objectives are met including CTR, CTO, & CVR KPI's
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports highlighting achievements, insights and lessons learnt to inform & execute an on-going email testing plan to further drive performance improvement, covering subject lines, content, layout, and segmentation

  • Prior experience managing a large-scale CRM platform and loyalty programme
  • Ability to engage and positively influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of CRM marketing & technology
  • Proven experience owning email marketing and segmentation plans, including the end-to-end co-ordination and execution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a very high attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ambitious and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
