FULL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT

GREAT OFFICE LOCATION

STABLE, WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY

Salary - £40,000 - £45,000

We are looking for a highly experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser to join a long established broker that specialises in a range of mortgages including 1st charge, BTL, self-employed, expat, refurb, complex income etc.

The role has arisen due to continued growth. The company has an exceptional name in the market and has a strong client bank, so it is not imperative that you bring a book of clients (although contacts such as Solicitors, Estate Agents, Introducers would be welcome).

You will be dealing with clients primarily over the phone (Monday-Friday), so you will need exceptional communication skills.

The office offers a jovial environment and there is a very low turnover. The team meet up regularly for staff events and there is a good level of friendly banter.

The team deals with mortgages from £400K- £1.5Million. Their ideal candidate will be someone who has dealt with more than just your vanilla 1st charge mortgage. You will have gravitas and the confidence to deal with HNW types. Five years experience+ in mortgage advising is preferred. It would also be beneficial if you have experience in selling associated insurance products, such as life assurance and critical illness.

This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term role within a broker that values it's employees and can offer some support, so that you can focus on the advising side of your role.

Salary of £40,000pa- £45,000pa circa, although they will consider self employed if that is preferred by the candidate.

Interviews to be held ASAP.
