A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a credit control administrator. My client is seeking a candidate with a previous administrative background that is keen to make a move into the world of finance. Working as part of a large and friendly team, the successful candidate will be required to assist with the credit control team with a variety of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for responding to customer emails and ensuring the credit control team functions smoothly with your help.
The role would suit a candidate that has a strong administrative background and is used to dealing with customer queries over the telephone. My client would also consider applications from those candidates who may be working towards their AAT qualification, and looking for a move into the credit control function, whilst possessing strong Microsoft Excel skills and a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1) Responding to emails and queries both internally and externally
2) Assisting with credit checks
3) Dealing with any queries and discrepancies and highlighting to the team
4) Providing reports and management information to senior members of the team as and when required
5) General data entry and administrative support, scanning documents, filing and photo-copying
