We are working with an international firm who are seeking a project leader to manage a large team of lawyers and paralegals. The aim of the role is to support the strategic development of the team.
People management skills and experience are paramount for this role as the successful applicant will be required to manage the fluctuating headcount of lawyers and paralegals and monitor team performance. You will lead by example and encourage the team to to initiate ideas as well as helping team members to take advantage of development opportunities.
The project leader will be required to attend seminars and presentations to keep up to date with relevant services and technology which will be shared with the team.
Candidates will have competed a law degree and ideally the LPC/BPTC, qualified lawyers are also encouraged to apply. Fee earning duties are a a key aspect to the role therefore a strong legal background is essential. Previous experience of managing document review projects is highly desirable.
Proven experience of managing teams and successfully delivering projects is a prerequisite coupled with strong business acumen.
