An exciting opportunity has arisen for a company secretarial paralegal to join a leading international law firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of company secretarial matters. You will ideally live within a commutable distance from Leeds, however there is a possibility to work from other UK offices.

Within this varied and challenging role, the company secretarial paralegal will be required to carry out anti money laundering checks on new clients, file forms with Companies House, attend meetings and take minutes as well as file opening.

Further duties will include using Blueprint/Diligent Entities company secretarial software to manage client statutory registers. You will also be required to provide support and advice on company secretarial matters via telephone and email.

Applicants will have preferably competed a law degree or equivalent, the LPC is desirable but not a prerequisite. Previous company secretarial experience is essential, this would ideally be from a legal, accountancy or professional services background. Candidates who have gained extensive company secretarial experience without a law degree are also encouraged to apply.
