Hays are currently working in partnership with a global leading Financial services Hub that is currently going through huge change due to a merger.

Your new role

In your new role as an Internal Change Communications Manager, you will be responsible deliver effective change communications to support the change agenda (people, systems, processes) arising out of integration and transformation workstreams and in step with wider Group communications. Draft and/or edit engaging messages and lead on delivery for audiences via multiple channels including blog posts and videos on Connect, mass emails via the email platform and town halls etc. Applying standards that promote continuity and consistency across the organisation's communications practices.

What you'll get in return

* At least 4+ years' internal communications experience of delivering communications plans and materials within a large matrix firm that has experienced some sort of change.
* A great story teller with excellent English language writing and editing skills, able to tailor complex and technical content to different audiences
* A good all-rounder with a track record of organizing and managing projects through to delivery
* A good understanding of internal channels across all executional channels
