We are currently looking for an experienced and super-efficient Executive Assistant PA / Marketing Assistant to join our rapidly growing digital marketing agency based in Oxfordshire. If you love slick organisation, juggling tasks and variety i.e. getting involved with marketing, and thrive in a fast-paced environment we should definitely talk

Both Part or Full Time considered. You'll be based within 1 hour of Oxfordshire. 1-2 Work from home days.

The Executive Assistant PA / Marketing Assistant Role:

This role requires you to have experience in a previous personal assistant and/or marketing executive role, and would suit someone who loves variety, is super organised and able to effectively prioritise and multi-task as no two days will be the same.

Key responsibilities:


+ Support the senior team with research, data gathering and market analysis activities for planned marketing campaigns
+ Organise and manage all Evergreen corporate events as required (customer meetings, events, conferences, staff parties, trade shows etc.)
+ Responsible for researching and liaising with venues, negotiating with suppliers, and managing all bookings within budget and timelines.
+ Updating and maintenance of all Evergreen social media platforms to ensure they are up to date and relevant.
+ Creation and management of Evergreen’s Company presentations and associated collateral.
+ Creation and publication of all marketing material and campaigns in line with Evergreen’s marketing Plan.
+ Responsible for all the internal marketing communication across the Company.
+ Adding value to the Evergreen brand by coming up with creative and innovative ideas.


+ Meet and greet clients and visitors and offer refreshments.
+ Diary management; coordinating and scheduling external and internal meetings whilst optimising the CEO’s time.
+ Secure external venues and manage any catering requirements.
+ Support the CEO with preparation of reports and presentations.
+ Proofread internal and external documents and presentations.
+ Attend meetings and take notes ensuring confidentiality and integrity is maintained.
+ Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes of meetings.
+ Fielding calls for the CEO in a courteous and professional manner.
+ Providing administration and organisational support for the CEO as and when required.

About You:

The right person for this role will have the following essential key attributes/skills:

+ Proven marketing executive or PA experience in an agency background.
+ High degree of competence in written, communication and organisational skills.
+ Demonstrate creativity in developing engaging content and ideas.
+ Proficient in all MS office packages.
+ Strong project management skills and ability to effectively multitask.
+ Excellent attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving/ trouble-shooting skills.
+ Ability to work in a pressurised environment and adopting a proactive approach at all times.
+ Able to positively influence colleagues and always remain discrete and confidential at all times.
+ Work with pace, passion, and precision.
