Full Time - Hours of work are flexible, between 8am and 6pm Mon - Fri (35 hours per week)

As a Talent & Learning Specialist, you will manage and execute initiatives driving employee capability. You will also be responsible for developing strategies and plans to deliver innovative and best practice organisational capability solutions that contribute towards the delivery of our HR & Business Strategy

The ideal candidate must have a CIPD/PTLLS or other L&D qualification or experience in a similar role. You will have experience in the full learning lifecycle elements of designing through to facilitating and evaluating impact with strong experience in managing multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

We are looking for someone with a proficient level of Core HR systems and an advanced level of Microsoft Office skills, PowerPoint and Excel in particular, with experience of analysing, designing and implementing learning. What you’ll deliver day-to-day:

+ Assisting the business with ongoing development through the identification of organizational groups and role specific capability assessments, delivering learning initiatives across the region which enhance the overall employee capability
+ Assisting with developing, designing and communicating a professional blended development curriculum whilst applying adult learning theories to ensure maximum learning
+ Manage, coordinate and engage the business in all areas of Early Careers
+ Facilitating and monitoring the impact of learning interventions
+ Managing, developing and facilitating new hire orientation and onboarding experiences
+ Provide analysis, reports, key insights and recommendations on Talent and Learning strategies
+ Collaborate and work closely with business leaders and HR to support the development and implementation of initiatives
+ Manage, provide and support the region with the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors)
+ Work with and advise line managers and HR Managers on aspect of the Performance and Talent Management
+ Conduct Regional Talent Reviews, Succession Plans and Career Development and Talent Pools across the region including following up with individual development plans

About You:

+ You have a strong track record in People Training / Learning & Development
+ You have a CIPD/PTLLS or other L&D qualification or equivalent work experience.
+ You have advanced Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel.

Desirable:

+ Psychometric administering and profiling
+ Coaching qualification
+ Ability to facilitate learning in additional languages (Spanish, Dutch, French, German, Italian or Turkish)
+ Experience developing eLearning, Podcasts and Video learning content
