Working in collaboration with our Managing Director, Nicola, you will take our client care and service delivery to the next level.
We want a candidate who will help us shape the direction of the business; grow our client base while keeping our core values, keeping our team at the centre and the client at the heart of all that we do.
You will have major input into the long-term strategic development of the company, with particular regard to client experience, loyalty and brand advocacy. You will support our ‘advice for life’ strategy by establishing a ’surprise and delight’ culture throughout the company. Key to this is the continuous improvement and optimisation of our service delivery, client by client so that we are known for providing consistently enriching advice and guidance.
