As a Lead Software Engineer you will be a senior member of the technical team and lead by example. Therefore, you will be able to demonstrate strong examples of ownership, delivery focus and responsibility throughout your career, with experience in leading technical teams throughout the software delivery cycle. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills, and customer facing professionalism. In terms of specific languages, you should have commercial experience in some or all of the following:
- Solid and proficient skills in Java, Spring Framework, Web Service, JSON, RAML
- Knowledge or experience in Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP) and API design with implementation experience on any ESB tools (e.g. IIB , Mule, MQ, SpringBoot)
- DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Splunk, AppD
- Microservice, Restful API
- Agile concepts, SAFe Agilist certificate is a plus, Git, Jira/Confluence
- Strong analytical, design and problem solving skills
Our client is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their team working on exciting Digital Transformation projects.Your future duties and responsibilities:
You will own the responsibility of the overall features and sprint deliveries, lead the development team to build and deliver high quality application and where appropriate challenge the business to ensure that requirements and design are clear, robust and do not negatively impact project delivery.
