REMOTE WORKING - CLIENT BASED IN LEWES
3 MONTH INITIAL ASSIGNMENT
37 HOURS A WEEK
£11 HOURLY RATE
Purpose of the role:
This job role requires a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with excellent planning and organisational skills to provide comprehensive programme support to the team. The post holder will need to have a good understanding of how a programme operates; being able to assist and support the work of the programme team, providing organisational and administrative skills to a high standard.
Roles and responsibilities:
assist with and provide administration support for the development and implementation of projects across the digital strategy areas that deliver the strategic objectives for share care records, including local and national priorities
responsible for managing agreed smaller developments that contribute directly to the digital strategy or relevant wider objectives
effective diary management, through the co-ordination and arrangement of meetings, taking and write-up of minutes, making appropriate meeting room bookings, liaising with external partners to diarise meetings and ensuring relevant papers are coordinated in terms of collation, circulation and printing in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Experience:
Advance user of Microsoft Word packages to include, Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and Teams
Experience of project management
Understanding of the principles of change management and service transformation
Experience working within Health and Social care services - Desirable
Experience working with MS DevOps - Desirable
