About Us:

Ultra Sports Clinic is a boutique injury sports clinic. We have three (3) clinics’; 2 in the heart of The City of London and one (1) in Hampstead Garden Suburbs. The Clinics are state-of-the-art, multi-discipline treatment facilities, offering tailor-made treatments to all their patients, whether they’re footballers with a torn ACL, weekend warriors with a need to improve performance in their particular sport, or an office-based desk jockey with RSI. To offer these bespoke treatment plans, the members of staff play a vital role in the patient's journey and they build strong relationships with each of their customers. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager who is customer facing and well organised to join the Ultra Sports Clinic team.

The Role:

If you love being at the heart of a successful operation and want to join a high-performing Sports Injury Clinic we’ll be a great match. As you might expect in this key role you’ll be spinning a lot of plates to ensure the practice is running to a very high standard to meet the demands of our discerning clientele. Your remit will cover Patient Experience, Clinic facilities, Inventory, Managing Reception staff , managing CQC compliance and support the Clinical Director. This role does not require managing of the practitioners nor managing the P&L of the clinics.

The role is based in the heart of the City of London but will be required to manage all three clinics. The clinic has strong public transport links and is within 5-10 minutes walking distance from Liverpool Station, Bank Station and London Bridge Station.
