We are looking for a highly passionate, creative, ambitious and experienced brand marketer to take our existing growth plans to the next phase.

Job Overview

Working directly with the founders, you will own the brand growth and implementation of strategic, creative marketing strategies across all platforms for Caravan Restaurants and Caravan Coffee Roasters.

Key Missions
  • Brand growth & development
  • Drive fast paced growth in consumer D2C / B2B coffee channels
  • Develop & implement full marketing strategy for wholesale & consumer coffee channels
  • Build and execute brand and marketing strategy for restaurants
  • Develop and own Caravan brand identity, mission, purpose, values and narrative
  • Own brand aesthetic, visual merchandising, packaging, collateral in store and online
  • Create and deliver campaigns, promotions and collaborations
  • Develop and manage press relationships across all press networks
  • Ownership all social networks, brand ambassadors, advisors
  • Support & implement NPD with Operations team
  • Deliver comprehensive marketing strategy to support sales targets of restaurants and coffee roasting businesses
  • International brand and marketing development in line with business growth plans

  • Strong team player who is able to be flexible and cross-functional in a small and dynamic team.
  • Comfortable working in variety of environments with diverse groups of people and products.
  • 5-10 years experience in brand & marketing excellence
  • Multi-channel marketing experience across e-commerce, B2B, D2C & food & drink platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a structured and organised approach.
