Title: Group Marketing Manager
* Location: North West
* Salary: £70-80k +
* Bens: Bonus + Car + Bens
* Reporting to: Managing Director

The Group Marketing Manager has responsibility for leading a high performing and dynamic marketing team to deliver the global divisional marketing plan and strategy in support of our ambitious growth potential. You will turn insight into action through understanding customer and market needs to help implement the right strategies, products, initiatives, and campaigns as part of the wider business plan to achieve profitable growth whilst increasing customer lifetime value.
* Build and lead a team of high performing marketing professionals
* Develop and execute a robust and comprehensive customer-centric marketing strategy
* Develop and manage a global market share model that is used to determine business growth opportunities to drive the business plan
* Define and document customer needs through creation and deployment of a structured Voice of Customer program
* Analyse industry trends, the competitive landscape, customer cycles and investments
* Define market segmentation to address both key account and diffuse strategies
* Create systems, processes and analytics that leverage data to provide effective actionable insights to the business to improve customer lifetime value
* Build effective relationships with strategically important customers and industry contacts and also internally with customer centre teams and key accounts.
* Establish Marketing measures, goals and targets. Own and be accountable for these metrics, support in-depth business reviews to international teams and present results to senior executives
* Produce highly engaging and creative marketing collateral to support the sale and value differentiation of our services and capabilities
Scale - This is a senior role that will require a high amount of interaction with multiple senior stakeholders both Customer based and internal. The role is responsible for the Marketing strategy, systems and associated processes
* Extensive senior level marketing experience in B2B high growth companies
* Strong academic background in marketing, business field or comparable experience
* Ability to see the bigger picture and how to weave customer insights into a global / regional marketing plan
* An influencer who communicates clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders
* Deep understanding of how to gain customer and market insights as well as value proposition development
* Track record in hiring and managing a marketing team that achieves targets
* Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills
* Extensive experience of digital/social media Marketing chanels and tools e.g Hubspot
