Salary: From £38,885 to £44,750 pro rata, depending on experience

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 22.5-37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 7.30pm

Our nationwide emotional wellbeing team is seeking a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), we are recruiting this role initially on a remote basis but as lockdown restrictions continue to ease we will move to F2F clinical delivery the successful candidate must be able to travel across Welwyn Garden City.

The Role

As part of our clinical team, you will be providing high quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to private sector clients. You will experience a varied client base from self-pay, GP, corporate clients and private medical insurance referrals.

Based at a range of Nuffield Health locations, you will be delivering remote and face to face assessments and treatment either as stand-alone therapy or part of a more comprehensive package of vocational rehabilitation care, supported by our experienced and dedicated case management and administration team.

The Person

We are looking for a qualified and accredited High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our dedicated team. Do you have:
  • Accreditation with BABCP, BACP, COSCA or other appropriate accrediting body (provisional accreditation with BABCP as a minimum)
  • A postgraduate diploma in CBT (or equivalent) as our minimum requirement
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills with a focus on patients care and customers.
