Unlike ordinary CRMs, Prospect is uniquely focussed on helping B2B Wholesalers, Distributors and Manufacturers to grow. These businesses succeed or fail by maximising CLTV (Customer Lifetime Value) - through increasing average order frequency and value; and by keeping each customer for longer. Like all CRM vendors, we help our clients acquire new customers, but our solution is made unique through its tight integration with Inventory Management and ERP solutions.

Businesses all over the world trust ProspectSoft to help them sell more, in less time, every time. However, to achieve our full potential, we know we need to provide a more premium service and personalised customer experience to the slightly larger and higher value SME customers.

Overview

We're looking for an ambitious, customer and commercially minded professional to join our Premium Services team. Reporting directly to the Premium Services Director, you'll be responsible for managing and growing the higher value accounts who are using the Prospect CRM or eCommerce platforms.

Some of things you'll be doing
  • Be the key point of contact for customers assigned to you
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with those customers and become a trusted advisor
  • Conduct both strategic and tactical reviews with those customers to ensure that they're benefiting from a great customer experience and maximising the value of their systems
  • Educate and assist customers on understanding our approach to software, sales, services and support so they understand how our approach is designed to support their needs
  • Identify, nurture and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Write and present proposals
  • Manage customer ideas, requests and roadmaps
  • Work with the Service Desk, Development and Premium Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and that projects are delivered on time and meet the customer requirements
  • Maintain a net negative churn amongst these customers
  • Ensure sales and revenue KPI targets are met or exceeded
  • Ensure forecast reports are up to date and accurate
  • Work as part of the Premium Services team to help all customers and support your colleagues


What you'll need
  • You must be highly organised with both internal tasks & processes, as well as the accompanying customer communications
  • Knowledge of business software solutions
  • IT skills including the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence decisions at board level
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment - at times it can be fast-paced & ever-changing
