Service Account Manager - Networks
Location:- Home based + some customer travel
Salary:- to £75k + 20% Bonus
Environment:- Telecoms, Datacentre, SD Wan, Networks, Hardware, Software, Commercials, Support Contracts, Maintenance Contracts, Systems Integrator, Negotiations.
My client, a prestigious Systems Integrator to the telecoms and datacentre community require an experienced Service Account Manager to work with listed accounts on maintenance contracts.
You could be from a vendor, telco or distribution sector with experiences dealing with network maintenance contracts, renewals, upsells and negotiations.
This is not a SDM role but more commercial experiences would be required selling a mix of hardware and software maintenance and support services.
Day to Day duties include:-
Identifying and evaluating customer projects and tenders for maintenance services
Develop and coordinate an efficient Service Design based on the range of services and customer requirements
Creation of cost calculations and recommendations
Presentation and explanation of Services to internal and external customers
Coordination of the final service concept in the case of deals won with the implementation and delivery units concerned and ensuring handover process
Work closely with the Sales teams, Vendors and external customers.
