Role Description:

We continue to grow our team and are looking for a driven individual, preferably with a marketing or accounting background, to manage and deliver all aspects of the investment administration services required to support the Fund as we market to investors and support our growth aspirations. This will be a varied role with a focus on investment performance reporting and marketing with direct client management, reporting directly to the Gaspara Fund Manager and Board.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery and co-ordination of all aspects of administration, marketing and accounting for the effective management of the fund
  • Management of onboarding process for new investors including the facilitation of KYC and AML checks
  • First point of contact for all aspects of client account management and direct liaison with all our service providers to provide a seamless client experience
  • Collation and processing of appropriate investment documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including client KPI's
  • Assisting the Fund Manager in the preparation of marketing material, internal and external presentations, and attending client meetings, where appropriate
  • Daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting and the collation of external investment manager reports
  • Preparation of ad-hoc performance analysis
  • Ensuring all reporting deliverables are produced in adherence to all the appropriate accounting, compliance and legal requirements applicable to the management of the fund.

Education and Experience:
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a financial or marketing related discipline or an accounting background
  • Previous experience in financial/investment services or fund administration environment advantageous but not essential
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability
  • Advanced excel skills an advantage
