THE COMPANY Our client, an established business based in Stone require an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk for a permanent contract. The role is due to company growth in a competitive sector.
THE ROLE You will be responsible for raising Sales Ledger invoices on Microsoft Navision and investigating & resolving sales ledger queries. Ensuring customers pay within their agreed payment terms and chasing payments if necessary. Setting up new accounts and credit checking, setting credit limit for customers. General finance admin duties in the department.
REQUIREMENTS Ideal experience would be 2 years knowledge of sales ledger and credit control and a good standard of excel. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels with customers and colleagues both internally and externally. You will be a quick learner with a good eye for detail. Be able to work on own initiative making various decisions in line with best practice have excellent time management and have the ability to work within a team. The role will be working full time in an office environment with full covid social distancing restrictions in place.
