The Finance Officer will be working collaboratively with the CEO and the Office Manager, you'll be able to work independently and respond flexibly to the needs of the team. You'll be proficient in the use of finance systems, preferably Quickbooks online, and in Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel, with excellent verbal communication skills and a good understanding of Charity finance.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the financial activities including book-keeping
Issuing of invoices
Allocation of invoices on QuickBooks
Bank statement Reconciliation to QuickBooks
Monitoring cash flow
Producing cash flow and other management reports as required by CEO and Trustees
Completion of financial reports for funders
General duties as required
To work within an equal opportunities framework
