We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support three Directors for a 12-month maternity cover contract. The person in this role will need to be a masterful problem-solver and an organizational force given complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships.
Managing calendars and booking travel
Scheduling facilities and equipment
Coordinating duties for multiple offices
Mentoring new team members
Managing small projects
3-4 years EA experience working in the technology industry
Experience supporting one or more executives and managing projects
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and G-suite
