We're looking for an organized and sales orientated Account Manager to join our growing team!
We need someone who is passionate about driving customer retention and new customer acquisition in the B2B and B2C space. The Account Manager will work with our portfolio of clients and essentially focus all on sales and upsells with pre-existing clients and some new ones. The ideal candidate MUST come from a media, marketing and advertising background.
• Build and grow a varied portfolio of client accounts for TBD Media Group
• Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
• Create commercial opportunities with current clients to maximize revenue growth and meet
upsell targets each month
• Deliver sales pitches and presentations to high-level executives and provide strategic
direction for accounts
• Ensure that all client accounts are on target and delivering on campaign KPIs
• Understand client businesses and objectives to generate new ideas and to enhance
• Analytics and reporting - analyse and report on performance
• Contribute ideas to help raise awareness of our brand to generate inbound leads
• 3-5 years + Digital Marketing Sales experience minimum
• Must come from a Marketing agency background
• Proven track record in delivering and even exceeding on targets set out
• Proven experience in managing and growing client accounts
• A deep understanding of digital marketing, earned, owned, paid, and shared media
• Commercially astute with the ability to understand the value of a digital campaign
• Excellent attention to detail
• Curiosity to work out how to do things differently
