Client Account Manager

Sector: Out of Home Advertising and Digital Signage

Location: London, SW

Salary: £35-45K + OTE £10K

The Role: Our client is now recruiting for a Client Account Manager in the next phase of their growth and development. The role will focus on the retention and management of existing enterprise level accounts in the Consumer Brand, FMCG, Sports and Hospitality spaces. You will develop relationships with prospects and use a consultative sales approach to understand your client's business and sector. Success in this role will be measured on retention of pre-existing accounts, and account expansion through cross/up-selling. This role is suited to someone who thrives on being busy. The ideal candidate will be pro-active in their approach and have had prior experience managing key accounts.

From football clubs to hotels, shopping centres to universities, this business help their clients to create engaging, eye-catching, and effective wayfinding and branding solutions. After a successful year, they are looking to build out their sales operation with a Client Account Manager who can grow and nurture an existing client base. This is a company who are hugely passionate about what they do and value hard working, positive people who want to commit to their vision of where this company can grow to. As a new hire you should expect training and guidance from their experienced team.

As a Client Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Retaining a base of pre-existing accounts
  • Using sales skills to open new opportunities within the accounts to increase value
  • Pitching an out of home media and digital signage solution

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • 2 years b2b account management experience

· An understanding of marketing would be beneficial
  • Positive attitude to learning and work
  • Keen and career motivated.
