The Role

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for supporting the Head of Digital & Ecommerce on the management of the Drake's website against set KPIs, to ensure revenue goals are met. This will include having significant influence on the strategy for delivering a best in class premium shopping experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Digital Development: Take ownership of budgetary spending for digital projects and work alongside our designers and third-party development agency to research, support, develop, test and implement exciting new functionality that will deliver ROI
  • Campaigns: Work closely with merchandising and marketing on the implementation and execution of campaigns, including the launch of weekly product launches, new collections, promotional periods and exclusive products
  • Analytics: Provide weekly and ad hoc product and website analysis, using advanced excel skills to perform deep dives into commercial performance and communicate actionable insights to the wider business
  • Product Creation: Manage the end-to-end budget and process for new product launches, from product and model photography, through to backend product setup
  • Digital Merchandising: Take responsibility for stock replenishment, visual merchandising, category navigation, pricing rules and general searchability of products
  • Team: Manage two ecommerce executives, and work alongside a team of content creators, digital marketers and merchandisers to ensure the website is always up to date and running smoothly

The Candidate
  • The ideal candidate will need excellent commercial and analytical skills as well as great organisation. They will also be able to combine their numerical mindset with a creative edge to bring Drake's to the forefront of online menswear. Ideal skills and experience:
  • A history of strong sales achievements and ROI
  • Previous experience working with the Magento 2 platform is advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft excel and Google Analytics
  • The ability to lead by example and inspire, with focus on developing others around you
  • Experience managing third-party agencies
  • Strong communication skills and a history of project management
  • A proven passion for ecommerce and an interest in menswear
