Registered Nurse RGN/RMN
£19.20 per hour, Plus Paid Breaks
Permanent, Full Time

Job Summary

We are recruiting a Registered Nurse on behalf of one of our clients within the Camberley Area. A successful candidate will have a patient and caring nature and be passionate about delivering clinical excellence. Working within a specialist Nursing Home environment, you will on average work 42 hours per week over three to four 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You will be working within a multi-disciplinary team providing appropriate care to your patients.


5.6 weeks of Annual Leave

Job Role

Our successful nurses will:-

Participate in the assessment planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care in consultation with residents and family.
To demonstrate clinical decision-making skills, displaying evidence-based practice.
Make effective clinical judgement affecting safe and timely delivery of resident's care.
Be competent in the safe use of clinical equipment to deliver effective residents care.
Maintain accurate written records at all times.
Participate in the setting and maintaining of professional standards on the Lodge/Wing and environment.
Engage and interact with carers/ family, encourage them to be actively involved in the caring process.
Supervise and instruct senior carers and HCA's to ensure they integrate into the team and operate effectively within the boundaries of their role.
Organise and delegate workload to ensure effective delivery of resident's care is carried out by appropriate skilled members of staff.

Education, Skills and qualifications

In order to be considered for the position, our nurses will:-

Be a qualified RGN/RMN
Have valid NMC Pin
Agree to undertake an enhanced DBS check
Have the ability to work well with others
Be compassionate and understanding
