To help us continue our growth, we're seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager, whose ultimate goal is to support our clients grow their businesses.
You'll manage a portfolio of clients across different industries, immersing yourself with each of their businesses, and will be committed to providing an outstanding, bespoke service tailored to the client by gaining a deep understanding of their business.
With your clients at the centre of everything you do, you will be responsible for their growth, satisfaction, and relationship with SOUP by ensuring they are happy and their online business is growing.
You will work with the wider team, delivering collaborative marketing strategies that are aligned with the vision of your clients, designed to deliver strong performance in order maximise growth opportunities for both the client and SOUP.
You will work proactively with the Head of Client Services, identifying opportunities using a strategic approachto secure further business with existing clients.
You will have a strong track record in developing relationships with clients, experience in achieving individual and team targets, and confidence in delivering challenging, innovative and forward-thinking strategies focused on driving growth.
