Overview
Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a reputable national mental healthcare provider who intend to open a new division and brand, specialising in the care of adults with eating disorders. The business have lofty aims in this space and as such are keen to recruit an Operations Director who can support them with their growth. The immediate priority will the opening and commissioning of a newly acquired 16 bedded service including the recruitment of the staffing team and Registered Manager and then subsequently identify new properties to grow the portfolio. Suitable candidates will be strong operationally, possess a proven track record with CQC and will have worked with either children or adults with eating disorders.

Criteria
Experience of working within eating disorders
Proven record of Quality improvement
Commuting distance from Wolverhampton
Confident supporting on the commissioning of new services
Sound mental health knowledge
Driving Licence

Interview Process
The interview process will consist of an initial teams call with the founder & chair followed by a final meeting.

Location
This role is primarily based in Wolverhampton but long term will be across the midlands.
