Business Analyst

(Tech stack: Business Analyst, Software Development Lifecycle, Cloud, UML, Bizagi, Visio, Mermaid, PlantUML, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Azure DevOps, Jira, Business Analyst)

Since 2006 our client's revolutionary marketing software platform has been helping businesses all over the world to attract, engage, and delight customers by delivering inbound experiences that are relevant, helpful, and personalized. Having recently launched in the UK, they looking to hire Business Analyst to become a part of their ever growing family.

Business Analyst applicants should have experience in providing analysis within the full software development lifecycle in a cloud based environment during the requirements capture, design, verification, testing and release phases. Past exposure to process, workflow, use case design using UML, Bizagi, Visio or equivalent tools similar to Mermaid and PlantUML is required. Exposure to agile methodologies (SCRUM) is desirable. SCRUM master experience an advantage, i.e. use of backlog and Kanban boards in Azure DevOps or Jira.
