Based in Spalding, this is a 6 month contract for a full time 1st Line Support Analyst. This role plays an important part in delivering business facing 1st line support for all IT infrastructure, desktop and laptop computing, mobile and fixed telephony, printing and company business applications.
Responsible for delivering first line services and support to clients, both internal and external. Candidates will need to have worked in an IT support environment previously, have a high degree of technical knowledge in end user computing, mobile and fixed telephony, printers and business applications. Experience of working within or an understanding of an ITIL environment including incident, change and problem management would be advantageous.
