THE ROLE:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global provider of specialist higher education and careers information and solutions as a Candidate Partnership Manager on a contract basis. This role will play a key part in events, helping candidates connect with institutions from around the globe as part of their decision-making journey on where to study at the postgraduate level.

Providing specialist MBA and Master's Degree consulting services to a large global database of candidates, including advice on courses and programmes, specialisation opportunities, career trajectory, ranking and entry requirements
Acting as a client relationship manager to international business schools and universities that purchase events, understanding their student recruitment needs, programme details and admissions criteria
Providing the highest quality guidance to potential candidates by matching them with the right institutions in line with their study and career aspirations
Processing a high volume of event registrations within a time-sensitive environment by utilising various communication tools in order to extract key data points
Engaging with candidates and encouraging them to book meetings with a variety of universities and business schools via multiple channels, such as phone, email and text messages, ensuring a high attendance rate at events
Acting as the face of the company at events, providing support to candidates and clients to ensure smooth on-site operations in a virtual or physical setting
Being the student champion, providing guidance and expertise to a range of internal and external stakeholders ESSENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree with over three years experience in recruitment, admissions, B2B2C, higher education or a related field
Ability to handle a high volume of interactions via phone, email, text messaging platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with current and prospective customers and clients with ease
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, juggling different tasks with efficiency
Able to understand data analytics and how to utilize data to improve processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
Ability to understand and follow complex processes
Great attention to detail, ability to identify problems and focus on solutions.
Data-driven problem solver, proactive, ability to think on their feet
Knowledge and understanding of the global higher education sector (desirable)
Experience of bespoke or off the shelf CRM systems (desirable)
Event management experience (desirable)
