Role: Temporary Reconciliation Specialist. - REMOTE WORKING BUT WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO COWLEY, OXFORDSHIRE AT LEAST 1-2 DAYS PER WEEK IF REQUIRED.
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Salary: 24,000 per Annum
Send weekly emails requesting Supplier statements and update CRM with those received
Take responsibility for reconciling statements in the absence of team members, ensuring all adjustments are performed and requests for copy invoices sent
Work with the Payments Specialist at month end to ensure all payments over £500k have been fully reconciled and adjustments made
Train and support the AP Team regarding reconciliations
Ensure all Audit requirements are met
Monitor and sign off the reconciliations of our top 200 accounts ensuring they are performed to high standards
Provide support to the AP Team and assist with achieving set targets
Make sure changes in team are reflected in all reports
Continue to seek ways to improve processes and procedures
Support the AP Managers as and when neededCandidate Specification:
Previous experience within a Finance, Administrative or Data Entry position.
Manage and extract information from databases
Previous experience of reconciling accounts
Work accurately and maintain effective records
Work effectively to deadlines
Plan, organise and prioritise your work
Manage own work and work independently
Maintain confidentiality, and ensure data security
