Salary: £53,426 - £62,854 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Additional information: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
Location: Poole, Dorset, England

This exciting new role has been created to provide a focus on getting the best from our supporter data, helping us optimise our strategy and ensure a data driven approach drives our decision making.

Our purpose is simple, to save lives at sea. Since the 19th century, our crews have been risking their lives to save those who are in danger of drowning.

We're looking for a marketing data professional to help us with decisions based on insight that affect our ability to use our data effectively.

The Role

As the Marketing Data and Systems Manager you will actively contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You'll lead and develop a high performing team. You'll bring technical knowledge and expertise. You'll determine the prioritisation and decision making of Data Quality improvements. You'll act as a lead for core supporter data systems and processes and much more!

About You

To join us you will need:

- Outstanding people management experience
- Experience of leading data system change programmes, ideally including the introduction of a new CRM system within an organisation of similar scale
- A results-driven data marketing environment
- Data analysis briefing and interpretation
- Campaign selections; customer segmentation and support journeys
- Practical knowledge of direct marketing principles and GDPR
- Supplier management
- Experience of working in the charity sector would be beneficial to your application.

Due to current circumstances you may be working from home when your role commences. You will be given the correct equipment you need to perform in your role. You will also receive support from your manager and colleagues to ensure a smooth and consistent induction process is delivered. You may also be required to work from your dedicated RNLI asset once the government guidelines change.
