As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for one of our key client's across the North West region, whilst managing a team of 10-15 onsite coordinators and managers. Covering a 24/7 operation, you will manage the fulfilment of our client's industrial and driving requirements.
You will have strong people and leadership skills, with the ability to build mutually beneficial working relationships with our customers. You will have a flexible attitude, with the capacity to quickly solve problems and adapt to changing demands to deliver for our clients.

The Regional Account Manager Role
You will be managing several sites aligned to our key clients, where your responsibilities will include:
Setting clear direction and expectations for your teams, managing in a way that enables others to use their unique talents to deliver business results.
Leading a team of 10-15, as well as multi-level reports, up to 3000 workers on assignment and a variety of customers, being an engaging leader
Building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring we are constantly fulfilling their requirements, as well as looking for opportunities to increase delivery.
Ensure compliance and governance requirements are adhered to throughout your area.
Championing our customer experience management programme 'Have Your Say', ensuring we are continually looking to improve our customer and client experience.
Accessing market insights around customer and competitor activity, proactively finding out what is new and innovative within the sector and applying this to your team.
Who are we looking for?
You will understand the recruitment industry, with experience within either the Industrial or Driving sector
A resilient, driven, motivated individual, with the ability to use initiative to overcome obstacles.
You will be an effective leader with the capacity to influence whilst supporting your team.
Experience building and developing strong client relationships.
A growth mindset, with the ability to respond to changing demands.
What do we need from you?
A full UK driving license with access to your own transport.
Extensive background in recruitment, with experience working in line to budgets and knowledge of how to create and implement business strategies.
