1st line Helpdesk Engineer
Cardiff - £22,000 (incl. of overtime.) 7day Shifts
Looking for an experienced Technical Helpdesk Engineer to join a growing team supporting UK wide clients and engineers within the retail sector.
You will be providing initial contact to customers, offering remote support and resolution or booking site visits to rectify issue. Provide technical support to field based engineers.
Prior experience in a customer service role, ideally telephone based, and have solid I.T hardware, software repair and maintenance knowledge.
Must be able to work shifts to support customer requirements. Rotation over 7 days, covering 08:00 - 23:00 daily on a 37.5 hour per week pattern.
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 (£18,000 base + overtime and additional payments for working late and weekend shifts) +benefits.
