My FTSE 250 client are recruiting for a Finance Process Lead to work on their EBS transformation programme.

Key responsibilities:

Pro-active project management and delivery ownership, including task allocation to the team
Develop project plans for initiatives
Driving of process improvements, to include identification of inefficiencies and quality gaps
To drive on time delivery of initiatives within the module plan
Drive business readiness and transition to BAU stable state
Documenting and mapping of "As-Is" and "To-Be" operational processes including interviewing SME's, conducting workshops and gaining process approvals
Responsible for ensuring that business requirements are analysed fully, with appropriate engagement from stakeholders including the review of data sources
Act as the central point of contact for business analysis activities working with 3rd party vendors and business SME's
Assist the business to produce work arounds where requirements cannot be fully met
Gather and map detailed end-to-end processes working with EBS Operations and the Business
Understand and highlight requirements to develop new procedures and processes
Develop/build on comprehensive documentation of all processes and ensure they are maintained throughout the project

Experience Required:

Experience in supporting and/or leading project and key initiatives
Pro-active in engaging key stakeholders and working with SME's in the operational business
Experience in business change and guiding the operational teams through the change initatives
Experienced in reporting to Senior and Executive management level
Comfortable in working in a Global EBS environment
Be able to work with 3rd party off shore providers
Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective prioritising and time management skills
Track record for delivering projects to time, cost and quality
Scrum master, SaFE, Lean experience desirable
Ability to document and draft business requirements and process flows
Support, drive and facilitate, where required, workshops to gather business requirements
Excellent MS Office skills
Blueworks experience desirable
Finance Cross Tower process knowledge / experience desirable
Designs and documents the functional aspects of the To-Be solution
Preferable - Lean or Six Sigma qualified
Excellent analytical, investigative and problem-solving skills to focus on delivering results
Exposure to SAP projects desirable
Practical operational experience desirable
