You will play a key role to build and drive an innovative communications strategy that delivers against the business and category objectives. As the main point of contact for TV and AV related communication you will oversee the coordination of all aspects of Trade Marketing plans. You will be working closely with product marketing and sales teams to achieve sales and brand objectives. You will have overall responsibility and delivery of KPIs for TV communication objectives.
Work within local brand team alongside Product Marketing to plan the category's comms strategy for the year
Build product launch plans and requirement recommendations working with relevant members of Brand Communications and Product Marketing Create brand assets, which could include imagery, videos, and social content to support product launches within your product category
Manage new product set ups with the product and sales teams, to deliver launch activities plus collaborate closely to build annual retailer specific marketing plans and provide relevant collateral
Liaise with our European HQ in order to deliver assets to match UK's requirements and timings
Build strong relationships with retailers, agencies, and internal stakeholders in the UK, EU, and Japan
Produce Point of Sale for online and in-store executions
Be the guardian for brand guidelines and premium execution across all touchpoints
Plan and deliver ATL and BTL campaigns in line with budgets and category strategy, and continuously evaluate performance and results
Report on activity across business to support visibility of execution
Support management of the communications category budgetWhat experience are we looking for?
2 years work experience in a similar or related role
A degree level qualification - ideally marketing related
Your excellent Project Management skills
Your excellent written and inter-personal communication skills
Your ability to be assertive, proactive and manage your own workload
Your knowledge of digital marketing disciplines and tools
The ability to interpret research data and manage insight based reportsWhat other skills would we love?
